Well, I originally stepped in to be the shipper of the shirts. I sent an email to Ludo to send me a list of the people that were originally on the list, and questioned about shipping. I got a reply that explained what the deal was.

I replied back stating that I understood, and that most everyone has replied that they dont mind paying for the shipping for me to ship it to them and gave him my address.

That was the last time I heard from him. I have sent 3 more emails and have gotten NO reply.

I just sent another email tonight asking if the shirts were shipped. People are getting anxious to get their shirts.

If he doesn't reply to this email, then I will ask everyone to flood him with emails asking him to send me the shirts so I can get the ball rolling!

Sorry you're having a hard time Khan.

Ludo told us that Janty would sort out the postage of the t-shirts.  I didn't mind doing the job of getting names, addresses and sizes but for the deal to change is not something that I chose to let myself in for.

It's just a broken promise now as far as I can see.

His reply to me was, "the misunderstanding is that if someone ordered something from Janty, then they would include the shirt in their order. "

When I sent a reply back stating that everyone is going to send me 5$ to pay for their shipping of the shirt, thats where it ended.

Im starting to get the feeling that they are not going to pay for the shipping even to me.  Personally, he just needs to ship the shirts in a big box to me and let us deal with the rest of it.

Shesh....

No, the understanding was not to have them shipped with orders, nothing was said about that at all.  Ludo said that they would take care of distribution.

This is what Ludo said about postage at the start of all this - "... and don't worry about postage cost from JANTY to The Order, all of that is free of charge."

No mention of only sending to Janty customers, it was for members of the Order of WTF.

How typical of Ludo.

 Roll Eyes

So now he changed the rules.
Order from us, and we'll include the free t-shirt.

The turn of events on this is really mucked up.  I think at this point I'd just say dot the i's screw the T's.  I remember feeling a tad sad when I joined just in time to miss the max #50 number of requests (or whatever the # was at the time) so I didn't get to request a shirt.  As it turns out it looks like everyone is going to miss out Sad

I also remember there was no product purchase required and the sponsorship was completely voluntary.

Well, its obvious he changed his mind.  Which ya know it happens.  However, not willing or replying or whatever to send all the shirts to one person to handle the shipping or what ever, is kinda ridiculous.

Just send me the shirts already!!!!

Alot of people have responded, wanting to know where to send the 5$ to get their shirts.  I know its not what was agreed upon, but he, at least we get a shirt to wear!!

I used to order from Janty because I thought their ejuice was pretty good, but in one order they sent me all the wrong concentrations and one bottle was missing.  They never responded to any emails to fix the problem and Ludo was no help either.  Due to that, I never ordered from them again.

Further, I noticed (at the other forum) that whenever anyone post anything bad about Janty, they stop communicating.

Sorry about what happened with your shirts...
