Kat, Julie, I did not lose weight either, but I have not gained and that is good. Kat I have been using the PV for 1 1/2 years and I don't think I would have made it without the PV.

Cigarettes would probably make me ill real quick, having said that it did take me a bit longer than you to make the total switch. I figured every cigarette not smoked was success and never gave up. Some of us are more stubborn with ourselves than others.
