I have just started vaping a couple days ago.  This forum is great to learn from some of you pros out there...lol.  So far its all new to me.  At first I was not to impressed but after a couple days it does seem to grow on you.  I have been dripping different juices from the puresmoker sample pack to test them out.  Should I be cleaning the atomizer when I change flavors?  How long should 2 drops last before I add more?  This is like a new hobby  Wink

Hi Rick, welcome.

I don't clean my atomisers, I like it when the flavours get mingled together.  If you don't like that you can rinse your atomiser with water, let it dry and drip some eliquid straight on it to prime it again.

Two drops last me five minutes vaping, approximately a cig's worth.

Thanks Kate
I was thinking about the same as a cig.  I have a feeling I will be dripping quite a bit as I seem to enjoy it more all the time.  Do the cartridges last alot longer?  I did try one that came with it but not sure I like it as well.

The thing you need to watch out for with dripping is to not get your atomiser too wet or too dry.  Too wet and it will flood, not a good vape and can leak into your battery.  Too dry, not a good vape and might be harmful for the heating coil.

I drip all the time, can't be bothered with cartridges and they usually don't work properly for me anyway.

You can refill cartridges with your own eliquid if you don't like the taste.  The filler can be rinsed in water, dried, replaced and refilled.

The length of time they last depends on the size, as a general guide:

Super Minis (RN4081, RN4088, DSE103, etc...):
About 1-3 cigs worth (20-30 puffs)
Mini (DSE901, etc...):
5-6 cigs worth (50-75 puffs depending on how you puff)
Pen (DSE801, RN4072, etc...):
7-10 cigs worth (up to about 100 puffs)
eCigar:
10-12 cigs worth (up to about 120-130 puffs)
Pipe (DSE601, etc...)
Atleast 14-15 cigs worth.

Hi Kate
Wow you are the pro with these things.  I have a super mini I guess.....the peewee from puresmoker.  Seems just as easy to drip if a cartridge only lasts a bit longer.  How long you been doing this to get the info on all brands and sizes??

                                                                               Thanks again
